Yes — completely. You own the code, the domain, and the hosting. There's no platform lock-in, no monthly fees to us unless you choose the management add-on, and no surprises. If you ever want to take it somewhere else, it's yours to take.
Not much. Your logo if you have one, any photos of your business or team, your services and prices, and your contact details. If you don't have professional photos, we can work with what you have or advise on quick ways to get some. We handle the rest.
Fix My Site is typically delivered in 5–7 business days. New builds (Get Online through Get Bookings) take 7–14 business days depending on scope. Rush delivery cuts those timelines in half. Everything starts once we have what we need from you.
Get Found and Get Bookings include 30 days of post-launch support — anything that needs tweaking is covered. For other packages, changes are available through the monthly upkeep add-on ($30/month with one free edit) or billed at $45/hr for one-off work.
No — we work with local businesses anywhere. Being Ottawa-based means local clients can meet in person if they want, but the work is fully remote-friendly. Everything is handled over email and video call.
